The Living Dharma Center


Sesshin

Sesshin are intensive retreats for Zen Buddhist practice, during which silence and specific guidelines of procedure and decorum are maintained. The Living Dharma Center sesshin are primarily for students of Richard Clarke. Applicants for sesshin should have at least several months of experience sitting with the Amherst or Coventry group, or in rare cases where prior Zen experience has been elsewhere, permission from Richard Clarke after a meeting with him.
